"Whatever you do, don't ever get in an accident on a Saturday, or after hours, because you will sit through endless automated AI slop. I've been with this branch of state farm since Stacey Daniel's was running it (amazing guy) and honestly this is the last straw, this place has changed, prices sky rocketed, and the customer service has fallen off the boat. The only reason I give 2 stars is in memory of Stacey Daniel's and Barbara Ferretti. A little suggestion for state farm: If you are going to charge people exuberant amounts of money for insurance that they will hopefully never use, MAKE IT EASY TO USE WHEN YOU HAVE TO!"
